Lee's challenge and technique was to create faux suede.
I didn't have the powered glue so I did my best to create that look and in real life it came close but I did lose a lot of the glitter and most of it and the effect of it is covered by my main focal point . On and onme and everywhere in my small crafting space lol but mahalo Lee this was fun and the end result was taking these pieces of cased always and turning it in to this gorgeous birthday card for a special young lady.this creation has many rescues involved from image, buttons and bkg...lol.. The bkg was only created because not to waste a lot of money my daughter paid to get the supplies to create slim lol one of my precious granddaughters love making slim. Well this try her and her cousin made some kind of mess that she ended up wearing it head to toe. Honestly she covered herself head to toe in it because it didn't turn out right because she used a whole bottle of the contact lens guild all where she only was suppose to use a few drops lol so being it looked like just green and her cousins pink shaving cream I cut me up some CS and decided to not waste and make something productive. Lol at our craft. Where there is a will there's a way and that's the true story of how this gorgeous bkg came to be and then with Lee's technique adding glitter it turned out perfect for a wonderful young lady's birthday card. I hope she loves it as much as I do. This one is dear to my heart and hold a lot of fond memories. Mahalo Ms Lee for the challenge
. Enjoy and mahalo much in advance for looking.
