This rustic card would make a great masculine card for any occasion where you want to express love and appreciation. To make this card, I started with a Crushed Curry base. The focal panel on the front of the card is made with Kraft cardstock, from which a leaf was die cut out, and text paper was adhered behind the cutout. The edges of the Kraft cutout were lightly sponged with Creamy Caramel ink to add depth and warmth. A Cajun Craze die-cut leaf (also sponged with Cajun Craze ink) was glued next to the cutout space, and embellished with an antique brad. Faux stitching was done around the card panel with a fine tipped dark brown Sharpie.
I really wanted to put a sentiment on the front of the card, but when it was done I couldn't figure out where to do it without unbalancing the look of it. But I guess it still makes a nice blank masculine all-purpose card! TFL!
