Ha! Well this is my first card with a typo! I'll have to fix it later but I'm posting it wrong because it made me laugh. This 18th birthday card was supposed to say "it's time to adult" but I skipped the"to". Oops!
I used bright rainbow colors for Kelli's "Coat of Many Colors" challenge. I listened to the song for the first time. It's cute. It seems to me to be about growing up and understanding the world and different perspectives of adults and children, so I thought this coming of age card would be fun for it.
I printed off the digi and sentiment and embossed the number 18 on the balloon. The I fussy cut and popped up in front of a nice bright orange BG. Now I'll have to reprint the sentiment probably onto some bright colored paper and glue it on.

Adorable! I'm so glad you posted it with the typo. Makes me feel better to know other artists do the same things I do! I love the monkey, and I'm sure the 18-year old will love it too, although my guess is he or she won't want to adult quite yet--unless it's to drive the car! Anyway, I do love your funny card!

What a cute card! Love the graphic design of it. It took me a moment to see what you meant by typo since my brain just filled in the 'to'. Probably what your brain was doing too when you made it. Love the card!

I think I read your sentiment 3 times and thought is it missing the TO then I read the description...I have done that more than once on a card then had to work to fix it. This looks like it would be easily fixed. Super cute image too.
