1. Lori's abundant blessings Falliday Fest challenge. She wants us to create a card using the word Blessing. And then say what blessing we have encountered in the last 30 days.
2. Carey's SC667 challenge. She gave us a great sketch for our cards.
For the 3 oval elements on the sketch, I decided to use these stitched pumpkins. It's a die from CottageCutz. I cut them in more mustard cardstock and sponged the edges with the same ink for added depth.
The background dsp is from the autumn vine collection from Stampin'-Up. On the bottom panel, I used the pumpkin harvest embossing folder. To divide the panels and cover layer 2 of the sketch, I used burlap and more mustard ribbons.
The Blessings phrase is also a die from CottageCutz . I cut it in choc chip cardstock.
My Blessing: I just returned from a trip to San Francisco. I spent a week with my precious little granddaughter while her parents were on some much needed r & r. I am so thankful for the time I had with her. She is a big blessing in my life.
