For Barbara's Falliday Fest Challenge. I LOVE this type of challenge. It's always so fun to see what I can cobble together using the leftovers hanging around on my desk. I have a basket that I throw my leftovers in, so I went digging. First, I grabbed the alcohol background which was extra from Lydia's "Let's Get Drunk" challenge. (by the way, my two-year-old helped me with that one--he picked the colors). Then I came across the outside frame that was left over when I die cut my faux leather background from a challenge back in August. Then I found this wise men image from my Christmas CraZy swap partner in July, dani_fournier. So everything on this card was in my scrap basket on my table except for the glitter washi tape. That was my Mom's suggestion. She said it needed glitter.
Kind of crazy colors for a Christmas card, but I think it's pretty neat. Thanks for a wicked fun challenge, Barbara!!

I absolutely love this card! Your background is wonderful; I do love playing with alcohol inks, too! The frame is perfect--slightly distressed to look slightly old. I love the glitter behind the sentiment--yay for your Mom! I think the colors are perfect!

Oh, this is just gorgeous! So glad you had that scrap leftover from the Alcohol Ink challenge, so you could create this work of art!
