This is for Lee's fun Falliday Fest challenge. I hope it's OK that I used glitter embossing powder instead of actual glitter. On a side note, I had no idea there was such a thing as glue powder and I'm off to go buy some now.
This was going to be a completely different card, but then a coworker asked me for a Boss's Day card. Her boss is a friend of mine who loves pink and glitter, so there you go, I had the perfect BG for her card. Then I started making this "Best. Boss. Ever." sentiment and settled on this awesome font. I decided what it needed was a little spray of flowers on the top and bottom, but I just didn't have the right stamps in either or digital or rubber form. But I remembered I also had some cliparts from The Hungry JPEG and, wow, were they exactly what I was looking for! So, I feel like I cheated by using pre-colored clipart, but I got the exact look that I wanted and I'm really happy with it!

I love how this sparkles.
( I think the only difference is, its just a way to be able to adhere plain dry glitter ( that comes in more colors ) than sparkle power. ( if you mixed heat and stick with glitter in a tray you'd probably end up with the same stuff)
