Here are my first attempts at "Altered Clipboards" that I made for my DD's two preschool teachers (high school students). I was able to do these thanks to all the helpful hints from Shannon Spears, whom I CASE'd these from! (Thanks, Shannon!)
These are also my very first uploads! I'm finally a contributing member of the Splitcoast Society!!!

Thanks everyone! The biggest tip I can give you (that I got from Shannon & she got from someone else!) is to use a zip tie to hold the silver clip open while you Mod Podge it & let it dry. That really made it simple. Other than that, it's really easy. I just used the Mod Podge to adhere the paper to the clipboard & two coats on top to seal it. There is an "Altered Clipboards" section on this site that gives directions to paint & stamp the board if you don't want to use paper.
