Dini's challenge was to follow a tutorial that starts with the same letter as our first name. I was happy to choose the camouflage tutorial because I wanted to try it a few weeks ago when it came out but I didn't have a chance. That tutorial can be found here: Camouflage Background Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers However, I went with the colors for the navy camo. I heat embossed the anchor (which hadn't ever seen ink before) and heat embossed the sentiment.
I think I have just made the birthday card for a wonderful WWII Navy veteran.
Thanks for looking!

This is a technique I have not tried yet and I love how it came out. Super fun image you added as well. Nicely done on Dina's challenge with this beauty. Perfect masculine card.

Great card! I love the blue colors you used for the Camo Technique! Nice take on the traditional greens & browns!

Love how your BG turned out. Thank you for introducing me to that technique! I can see that working for a few folks in my family. Love your embossed anchor - it adds another level of realness.

What a terrific masculine card this is Catherine. I adore this camo technique you did, and the blues look incredible. I love your embossed anchor and the font of your sentiment too! ~Karen.
