This card is for one of our Falliday Challenges: Blessings...seeing as I, along with my 2 daughters, all have birthdays within the same month we have been having a LOT of family get-togethers in the last month, and I am so blessed to have so much family close by to celebrate and support each other through life's milestones, celebrations and challenges.
I began my card with a piece of watercolor cs the same size as my card front. Masked off the section that remained white, stamped the base of all the leaves by inking up the leaf stamps with multiple colors and then spritzing with water before stamping. When this was dry, I stamped and gold embossed the outline stamps and splattered with gold shimmer spray as well as some diluted red ink. Removed the mask, embossed the lovely sentiment in gold also, and attached a thin gold cs border on the left. Then I attached this watercolor panel to my card front.

Beautiful card, Maura. Love the mix of colours on all the leaves. And the gold outlines, splatters and stripe add elegance. Always inspired by your designs! Thanks for sharing with us at CAS Watercolour! xx
This card is absolutely stunning. You have colored those leaves on that panel perfectly, and I especially love the gold embossing. Great take on the challenge, thanks so much for playing along with us this week over at The Mod Squad.
