I stamped the owls on watercolour paper and coloured them with Inktense pencils, SN clear glitter pen on their hats and the snowflakes. I used a stipple brush and some forest moss and brushed corduroy for the background.
For the frame, I used tea dye, brushed corduroy and walnut stain DTP to create faux wood. I then embossed it, added more walnut stain over the raised areas and then buffed in some luster rub-ons and some MicroGlaze. Popped it up on foam tape, and added the die-cut foliage and the little sentiment tags.

This is a treasure, Sabrina. The bg is do creative and beautiful. The leaves with the woodgrain have such a nice rustic feel. The green stitched leaves and berries are the perfect addition.

Wow, this is gorgeous Sabrina! Your wood background looks so real! I have had my eye on this LOTV owl stamp as my daughter loves owls. Thanks for your comment on my Wellington Bear card. Felt like forever since I made a card so I was a bit rusty.....
