When I saw this week's CAS challenge, I knew I wanted to use this Outlines stamp that I've had forever, but only used a few times. Time to give it some love!!
Stamped and colored the image. Cut out. Added 2 layers of purple scrap cardstock behind it for dimension.
Cut Bazzill Diamond Bling panel, slightly smaller than my card base. Cut a second piece of thin cardstock the same size for dimension. Used my MFT In&Out Square Dienamics to cut my opening. Cut again from the orange dot DSP.
Used 2 of the dienamics to create my frame from scrap Bazzill panel.
Inlaid the DSP panel, added my raised focal image and added my frame.
To embellish, I covered the dots on the image with black gemstones, "colored" the ghost with Wink of Stella, added Wink of Stella to the pumpkins and used some Glossy Accents on the ghost's eyes, and his stars and moon.
See how I used an extra stamped image plus leftovers from this card to make this card.

Such a cute card, Debbie. I love that Diamond Bling panel, also. The gemstones finished it off perfectly. I'm sure the recipients eyes will light up with delight. I noticed Loll said it was for your nephew.

Fabulous. Love the bright colors and the cute image. Terrific layers and techniques. I like how the letter O in BOO are pumpkins! I can see why you wanted to use this stamp for the pumpkin challenge. Very cute! TFS

Oh, Debbie!!! I LOVE this card and think it's one of the most adorable Halloween cards ever! It's like a sweet little quilt with the ghost. I love how you've layered it and colored it so beautifully! It's stunning!!! Hugs! xoxo
