I cut a panel out of the Bazzil white textured CS, and embossed it with the Swirls EF. Cut ovals out of this panel, and also out of a dark silver panel and layered them.
Then using the edgelits thinlits Sleigh Ride dies, I cut the row of houses out of Bazzil white, and added small pieces of Daffodil Delight CS behind each tiny window & door. I cut the trees out of the glitter paper, and the horse and sleigh out of the lighter silver paper. I layered these over the dark blue snowflake PP, and placed the layered oval panel on top of the scene using dimensional tape.
I tore a strip of vellum to fit the card front, and embossed the sentiment onto the vellum using VersaMark ink and the Sterling Silver EP. I colored behind the holly leaves & berries with the markers, and attached the sentiment panel to the oval panel with the snowflake brads. Then I used more dimensional tape to layer the finished panel onto the card front.
Now I need to go clean all the glitter out of my Cuttlebug and off of the plates! :-)
(Note: There is no red edging on the bottom of the cards; it's a reflection of the red cloth I used as a backdrop...) :-)
I also want to note that I have probably CASE'd a great many cards made using this Thinlits set...seems like a lot of them follow the same theme of layering the die-cuts like this. So if I am indeed CASE-ing your card, please PM me & I'll give credit where it's due!
