This is my 2nd sample for CC655. I am your hostess this week and I chose peek-a-boo peach, lemon-lime twist and early espresso for my color trio. Dessert Option this week is a fall theme.
Since I had this Painted Autumn dsp out, I decided to use it again on this card. I kept this one a little simpler. I cut a sunflower with a Cheery Lynn Designs die in peek-a-boo peach and peach parfait (retired StampinÂ’-Up). I wanted a bit of a color variance in the sunflower. My leaf is from a CottageCutz die. I sponged the edges for a little more depth.
The blessing word is a die from CottageCutz and I cut it in espresso cardstock. This cardstock is such a rich, deep shade of brown that I just love.
Stamped my sentiment in early espresso ink and added to a flag to complete this card. Hope you can find some time to play along with us this week. The DT has some great samples to get your creativity flowing.

I love the two-tone flower, Mary! (Wish I'd thought to pull out Peach Parfait!) It looks great with the stem and I love the die cut word and banner, too! Both of your cards this week are so pretty, but I give this one a slight edge. It is wonderful!

Ohmygosh, same dsp and such a different look. Here you have the lighter version. This card with the happy sunflower, font, and leaves - makes me smile.
