Today's challenges combined very well. My window is a fishbowl because fish tanks make me happy! I've been wanting to try the Acetate & Tissue technique for a little while now, but I was stumped about what to do with it until today. I did the technique with colored tissue paper because I don't own any reinkers. We used to have two big fish tanks (one freshwater and one saltwater). And my favorite fish were my red rainbows, so I colored these fish to look like them.

Oh, how sweet, Jen, and I LOVE your fishbowl! I do love aquariums myself and find I could sit and watch all the activity for hours. The place we used to get our eyeglass prescriptions filled had a large one, and I would always try to sit near it to watch it as we were waiting in line. So this brings me a smile too, and I know you must have enjoyed having fish from fresh and salt water!! Hugs!

What a sweet card. My husband used to have a huge aquarium in our living room that took up 1 wall. It was so nice to relax watching the fish.

Adorable card, Jennifer...i like the window idea for s fish bowl. The tissue paper bg worked out great. There is nothing more relaxing than watching fish in an aquarium. This is the second year of our 26 years of marriage that we d o not have a tank.....our last one exploded in the middle of the night and all 75 gallons of smelly water ended up on our carpet.

Great fishbowl, and sweet sentiment. My doctor's office used to have a huge fish tank with lots of different tropical fish, so pretty and soothing to watch.
