I'm not a camper really...I don't do tents, haven't stayed in a trailer but .....I do spend time at the lake in a cabin. You get the benefits of the great outdoors with a real bed to sleep in! I decided to do a shaker card and have the cut out clouds be the shaker part. I don't do many of these so it took awhile...but I really like how it turned out....hope my tickle recipient does, too.

I DO love camping in cabins. The campground we usually go to has small cabins, basically just your beds and a small table to eat on, so fairly basic camping still. great shaker card. I have only made one, have not tried again. I like your idea of the clouds being the shakers. like the raindrops dancing around in them. Any t-potter will adore this cute scene... all ready to camp out....fun....TFS..:0)

Your work doing the shaker clouds is so worth it!! I can just imagine myself holding this card and giving it a little shake!! The first thing I thought was OH NO - it's going to rain. The shading from taking the pictures makes the clouds look a little dark for camping and it would be just my luck that is what would happen to me! Rain on my camping trip! Like you camping in a cabin would be just my style!!
Taking along images like this to color is a must!!

Cabins are so comfy esp. in ain or snow. Your clouds came out great, have camped in trailer and was not bad--cramped space when kids were little with 4 running around, sweet card Polly!

They say here in Oregon, "If you don't like the weather, wait two minutes." With a shake of your adorable card , just 2 seconds will do it. Very, very fun.

Who wouldn't love receiving this, Polly! It's such a fun shaker, I really like microbeads in them. Gorgeous happy sunny colours, too. And what a wonderful old station-wagon, it looks like the ones that have wooden panelling.

Wow Pol, you are such a clever Chickie. I've never tried a shaker card....can't imagine how intricate shaker clouds must be. I love this vintage scene you have created and any Teapotter would love to receive this for sure!!

Those clouds look awesome, I am trying to figure out how you did that. Your whole card is awesome and I love your car pulling the trailer, how cute!!

Polly, this is so cute! How clever to make the clouds into shakers. That station wagon takes me back to childhood. We went on outings with family friends and the biggest treat was traveling in the back seat of their wagon! This teapotter would be delighted to receive your card. ;)
