Thanks Sabrina for the explanation and Loll Thompson for the video.
I used Distress Ink for my coloring and gold embossing powder for the heat embossing.
I attached my tissue paper behind the negative of a die cut star form (the star is normally used for the Spirelli technique) added an image from a decoupage sheet, and cut it by hand into several layers and made 3D.
For further embellishments I attached a few bells on an iron wire, a star charm with a bow, and some snow under the children's feet.

Beautiful metallic tissue, Niki. Layering it behind the star aperture looks super, a double feeling of a winter night for those two cuties with their little lanterns. I love all the embellishments you used, especially the little chain of bells.
