I'm stuck on fairies today and since the first was in black, I decided to make this one in white for variety. This is the on how to make the watercolor embossed bg.
I forgot to dust this one with Amari Magic (anti-static powder ) before embossing, so I ended up with some globs of gold that I really didn't want - fortunately I could hide some it with my die cuts and thus salvage my piece. I finished with a banner of preprinted washi tape that has a variety of great generic words & phrases making this card adaptable for many occasions.

You certainly did a great rescue job, Linda, though it's hard to believe that it actually needed any rescuing. The colour in the washi tape goes with it do perfectly.

Your technique work is fabulous and I love the die and the diagonally alined sentiment. And I love how it and the little fairy are aimed toward the light (the yellow) of the background. Kind of speaks the unspoken message of the power of light overcoming the darkness.
