This card was inspired by the 37th chapter in the book "50 Truths Worth Knowing". Christine was in a remote village in Ecuador, writing a book. While at the local cafe one Sunday morning she was approached by the waitress with a request. There were only 2 other patrons in the cafe at the time and one of them had a letter from Holland (written in Dutch) that she needed interpreted. Christine only spoke English and Spanish so said she didn't think she could help, but the waitress assured her she was the missing link. The other patron spoke only Dutch and English... so she interpreted the "Dutch" letter to English. Then Christine interpreted it to Spanish, and the waitress, who only spoke English and Quecha then interpreted the letter to the recipient in her native tongue of Quecha.
The message of the letter, as it turned out, was of little significance, but the message Christine learned from this experience was a valuable one... You can't always go it alone.
