My "e" word is eyes!!
Sponged all the flowers and the bg cs. Distressed the edges of the main panel along with the crepe paper green panel. Colored the image with Copics and applied it to the card using foam tape. TFL

Oh me oh my, this card is is just fantastic Ann! I am the Art Deco Diva because I love the 20's and 30's so much and this card is Art Deco perfection! I just love all the vintage and 3D elements you added to this incredible card. This lady's eyes are beautiful and so is this wonderful dress you have colored to the 9's. Oh my, oh my...love this vintage card...so many beautiful elements to see...love your beautiful Victorian lady, so beautifully colored. This ribbon and bow surrounded by those printed paper distressed blooms with their little pearl centers are perfect! Love the dark green torn crepe paper panel...CLEVER idea!
