The SCS Ways to Use it Challenge this week is to use an old stamp. I have this stamp with me for quite some time now. I had never used it before because the large coloring space made me a bit intimidated. With the challenge, the winter season coming up AND my new love with color pencils I decided to give this stamp a try.

You gave it a try and it turned out beautifully. Love the sky and that awesome image. It is one I have, too.

Lovely stamp! I always love seeing cardinals. We don't have them here, but when I was a child the Christmas cards coming from family in Canada usually had cardinals, they seemed so exotic to me. Lovely soft colouring, especially the blue background. It's big blank backgrounds that daunt me!

Oooh, what a great image, and you did a fantastic colouring job! I love the sparkly snow bits, and the snowflakes with the flourishes underneath. You did a great job, no reason to be nervous at all, Beautiful card!
