This is for Sabrina's terrific TLC challenge. When ever I see these screen divider cards in the gallery I think...I must try that and so I have....thanks Sabrina!
My regular kraft cardstock is a bit too heavy for Martha's punches, so I used a 200gsm card. It is a bit thin, but I figured I could reinforce the back.
I added a few scorelines and dragged a distress ink pad over the screen to give it an aged look. I used Wink of Stella on the gowns, they didn't photograph well, so I dragged a walnut stain sponge over them and gave them a vintage look too.
I followed the tutorial here at SCS, it is super easy and I will be sure to do it again. I can already picture some crazy bird fashionistas, can't you?
Thank you for looking and I hope you have a happy, inky week.

I was hoping that somebody would take the screen into their bedroom and hang done of their clothes on it ;-). Wish I had a dress like one of those for a family wedding next weekend, they are beautiful. Your antiqued wooden screen is simply amazing and went straight into my favourites. I'd give it two hearts if I could .
Absolutely love this! The dresses are great! I still haven't made a screen yet but someday I plan to get one done. Thanks again for sharing your creative works!

Susie, your screen is sumptuous and adding the vintage dresses is very romantic! Fabulous details with scoring and punches and as you call it... your useless MS magnetic center punch... to me is an awesome element of design for your vintage screen that looks like carved wood!
