Lately I have been playing with my Zentangle tools and on my last visit to Ecstacy Crafts I found this great little birdie stamp by Leane Creatief. It reminded me of this sweet little china bird... one of a set of salt & peppers that I found at the Sally Ann a long time ago. ( just love his saucy little face)!! The image is stamped with memento black and coloured with Prisma Pencils and OMS..(my most favourite colouring method). The frame is another old die set from Spellbinders. I find Zentangle is so relaxing... so I guess I will go take a little nap now! LOL Thanks for looking.

My Oh My, this is gorgeous! Your zentangled designs are amazing. Beautiful framing with the black backing and turquoise label. Love that pretty bird that inspired you too.

LOVE your card, Sue. Lovely zentangle image and your choice of colors is stunning. Your little salt shaker is darling and would make one smile to see it on the table.

Oh, what an adorable bird - and stamp! It really is the same shape as your little china one. Birds were one of the ideas I had, since I have quite a lot on my piano, and a lovely vase my sister gave me last Christmas.

That image is wonderful! I love the face on both of the birds. Nicely done, Sue!

Your zentangled bird is gorgeous, Sue, and is a perfect representation of your china one! The coloring is simply stunning and the blue frame on the black mat is so striking. Thank you so much for participating in the challenge today!

This is so lovely! Your Zentangle bird is beautiful and so represents your inspiration piece. I love the faces on both birds and the colors, and the framing of your card.
