Barbara gave us a beautiful combo of colors this week. Berry burst, so saffron and pear pizzazz. This is for Cheryl Quilts DTGD challenge. Using the best tip from her challenge found here.... DTGD17CherylQuilts Chat Thread by CherylQuilts at Splitcoaststampers
Some water color papers are too thick to run through my printer, but her tip about cutting 1/2 inch off the top and adhering it to copy paper worked like a charm to print this digi. Thanks, Cheryl. Colored with the reinkers, and added wink of stella. Using my scorpal...scored 1/2 inch intervals. Then taking the fine micron pen and ruler made stripes. Added one wider stripe. Added ribbon. Embossed the sentiment. TFL

Ooh, Linda! This is gorgeous! I absolutely love this image of the rose, and what amazing coloring, my friend! I love how you've embossing with such a beautiful die and then added lines for lovely interest. And the ribbon is beautifully perfect! I really love the striking look of black. I have to try that myself sometime! Thanks so much for making a card for my challenge! I LOVE it and am so honored you made it! Hugs!

WOW! So stunning, Linda! The floral image is colored so beautifully and the oval floral embossing is fantastic. The black lines adds so much to the outstanding card, and I love the gorgeous bow that tops it off. Your artistic skills are amazing, my friend!!

Oh, how pretty this floral image is and you water colored it just perfectly! I also like the dramatic black lines and thought it resembled piano keys. Wow!
