The mother of a dear friend passed away this weekend. I made this card using a DTGD challenge, along with a previous Color Throwdown challenge. I keep using this copper embossing...I'm hooked!

So sorry Kim for the need for this card, but you will give your friend a beautiful reminder of her Mother. The colors are gorgeous and the copper embossing of the leaves really adds more beauty still!

I can see why you're proud of this card and why you love the copper embossing - it's fabulous. I too love the copper - and on this card, it's perfect against that terrific background!

I love copper and this is so pretty. And, the verse is so perfect for a sympathy card. I see why you chose this as your favorite this year.
