The background was made by putting reinkers on a paper plate of shaving cream, mixing it up a bit, and setting it aside to dry for a few hours. Then I laid card stock on top to pick up the Inks, making sure to not push too hard. That created the voids of white and white specks. The little seahorse was cut out of chipboard using tim holtz mover and shaker die, and the seaweed was cut using memory box die on silver self stick paper.
