Hi, everyone! This week's Featured Stamper is Joanne Allison aka Angelnorth....congrats, Joanne!! I chose this amazing dragonfly card because of the cool background and watercolored dragonfly, plus I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone to make something a little messy. I started with a piece of watercolor paper, brushed plain water over it here and there, then touched a paintbrush with blue reinker to the water and the colors ran through. I was going to use two colors, but the blue separated into lavender, so yay for me!!! Some flecks from the paintbrush were added after the ink was done running. Once the panel was dry, it was cut out with the ODBD Custom Double Stitched Rectangles Dies. The butterflies from 'Butterfly and Bugs' was stamped in Stazon Jet Black, then watercolored with the same blue ink. The ODBD Custom Hello Die was added instead of stamping a sentiment. I will also be submitting this to Lydia's Dare to Get Dirty challenge from Saturday, which is a secret unless you are a Fan Club member! Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!
