Anne, you are too funny. I think you made the best of the situation and participated anyway. I thought I was going to have to do something like that too until I found a piece of the BIG bubble wrap in my garage. I think you friend will be thrilled to see what you have made with this cute free-spirited image.

Your friend will enjoy receiving her recycled card...done ala "Anne Style". You might not have had bubble wrap(you are obviously not a pack rat like me) : )......but you had an ideal bg stamp.

No bubble wrap, not even a mailer!!! But you did have a great stamp - and a gorgeous image too. Thanks for playing along even without the wrap. I was going to suggest the other bubble option, adding washing-up soap and re-inker to water and blowing bubbles, but I've never had much luck with that myself ;-).
