So, I cheated slightly in that I didn't actually verify that the techniques I used came up for the 9 possible categories she listed, from which we were to choose 3. But if they didn't they should have, and they are all from the tutorials section. Linking the tutorials below. Everything came from my scrap box so I can't recall all the details of colours used...
Background: embossing folder stamping. I used Gelatos and an American Crafts ef.
Faux: Faux Wood is in the first part of the linked tutorial for a faux wood frame, and Faux barn Board speaks for itself. Can't remember what colours I used for this.
Distress: I think the faux barn board would definitely also count as a distress technique.
Coloring: the flowers in my tree were cut from a scrap of paper coloured with Brushos - here's the link to the Watercolor Powders tutorial, which is a fabulous one with loads of ideas.
Die-cut my tree, flowers and birds (Cling Wrap Background using Brushos), stamped the sentiment, distressed the edges of the background panel, added Stickles to the flower centres and that's it.

This challenge has your name all over it, Sabrina. You are the queen of techniques. This card is so pretty with the light colors. It feels like a walk in the park on a cool spring day. The bg has a wonderful feelng if movement like a breeze is gently blowing.

What a great combination of techniques - and super to be able to hit the scarp bin and put them together for a cohesive whole. Your distressed fence looks as though the paint has weathered & peeled from years of being in the elements while the frenetic embossed swirls riot in counterpoint to your "be still" sentiment. love the vibrant blue birds and multi-hued flowers.
