I sponged first layer with clouds, second layer is Vellum DSP, last layer is birch trees. I saw a technique to take Gray color and smear on mat, spritz with water, lay trees on top to give color. I fussy cut the birds. Last added sentiment, deer and birds. Hard to see but I have a hill of white, to look like snow. Sometimes things look better in your head. TFL

Carolyn I don't know what was in your head...but it couldn't possibly be more fabulous than this!!! All the layers look great, thanks for the details too. Your fussy cut birds are the icing on the cake.

This is amazing, Carolyn. The vellum layer gives it such a misty, snowy feel. Using multiple layers with parts of the scene peeking through is such a great idea. Fsved
