This is for the Teapotters Challenge - birthday card for SCS Dani who is bedridden at present. She has been very active on SCS as a moderator and the founder of the Alphabet Challenge. She has been very generous and giving to others. I was saving this paper and embellishments to send to Dani for her birthday as I know she loves the vintage & collage style. Since she cannot craft right now, I decided to make my card for her with these items instead. It's so out of my comfort zone so I hope I did okay. I know she likes pink & purple so I used old retired colors that looked soft. I put on lace, fiber, and other elements. I don't know if butterflies fit in with vintage, but they do belong on a card for Dani. I left off the sentiment so the paper is not hidden. Thanks for doing a teaparty for her and for looking at my card.

Oh Diane, what a gorgeous toile card you have made for Dani. The black, pink and cream are the perfect colors for Dani, and so is this wonderful vintage toile dsp. The butterflies, charms and fiber elements are the perfect finishing touches on this gorgeous card that is sure to warm Dani's heart! ~Karen.

Toile speaks right up and says...vintage. love all your enamel embellies with the vintage timepiece. Lace and multi-hued pink fuzzy yard are very nice with the complimentary pink butterflies. Very nice card; I'm sure Dani will love it!
