This is the second Christmas in July card for my senior ladies. They wanted to do pleated panels for all three cards and they will make three cards using different techniques for pleating -- two Christmas cards and one Birthday card.

Oh my, do LOVE that pleated paper bg and so CLEVER how you've glued it down...STUNNING! Works so well with the stripe and your wonderful sentiment. Love that die-cut used with your sentiment!

Thanks for your note. The two-sided paper is from Graphic 45, the Nutcracker collection (I think). Years ago I had a commercial die made to cut and score the pleated panel. It can be folded in a variety of ways. I chose to do four box pleats. The die is by Gina Marie. My senior ladies had asked to make pleated cards in class next week. The two Christmas cards are made with my pleated panel folded two different ways. The third card, a birthday card, is a single drapery fold that they will have to score. Again, I appreciate your taking the time to comment.
