DD7ABC22E: The alphabet challenge is on the letter E. The double challenge was to use embossing. I have both dry and heat embossing on this card. For E's I have Elegant Eggplant, Emerald Envy (ink), Echoes of Kindness stamp set, Elegant Bouquet embossing folder, Enjoy as my sentiment.
I used this week's wonderful - many layered - sketch for my card.
I inked the Irresistably Yours dsp with Emerald Envy ink - I think the Glorious Green CS goes quite well too. I embossed the eggplant panel with a favorite ef of mine. I think this may be the first time I have used this Echoes of Kindness stamp set - shame on me! I colored the flower with elegant eggplant but the only thing I have in Emerald Envy is the ink pad so I used an aqua painter to color the leaves with Emerald Envy. Then I used the aqua painter to loosely color in the flowers and leaves. I hand wrote the sentiment with a Versamark marker and think I need to touch it up a bit with a white gel pen. I added pearls here and there. This card has my favorite color - green - and my DH's favorite color - purple - it makes a good combination, don't you think?
Thanks for looking.

The way you have used these colors is very striking! Beautiful ef....love the added pearls to the flowers! You did a Fantastic job with loosely coloring in the flowers...I thought it was a 2-step stamp before reading~

Gorgeous Catherine. Love these colors together. Hey, no shame, lol...We just get to these sets when we get to them, lol......The I.Y. paper looks great in the emerald envy and you have colored your blooms so nicely!

Excellent! Nicely done with the sketch. Love all the elements. The green and purple look terrific together. Even though only one thing is needed for the letter, You did a great job combining lots of "E" things. Proud of you! Faboulous card. TFS
