To create this cool background for stampersandee's DTGD challenge, I started by swiping Distress Oxide inks onto a piece of watercolor paper. Once I was satisfied with the results, I stenciled over the top with Iced Spruce Distress Oxide ink. The sentiment was stamped with regular distress ink (Wilted Violet) first, then I went back over it with the Distress Oxide ink...using the MISTI really came in handy. To finish it off, I added a little pair of sleek shades and a few Nuvo Crystal Drops.

Okay, I'm confused. Did I read the wrong challenge? Not that there is anything wrong with what you have done here 'cause it's a cool cool technique--I just think I am lost. Anyway, you nailed it.

Perfect, and I like that sentiment. With sunbeams like that, sunglasses are needed, for sure.
