Wendy challenged us to us an old, loved but neglected background stamp. This harlequin stamp was the very first background stamp I bought - and I think this is only the second time I've used it *hangs head* - the tricky bit was deciding on how to present the sentiment. I chose vellum to keep the background fully visible. It does look better IRL ... I unpicked a little of the pleated ribbon, ironed it flat and made the bow. TFL

This is very pretty and I like the way you made the backgrounder front and center. Your sentiment stamped on vellum is perfect. Love, love the gorgeous white framing!

What a beautiful card. Great idea with the ribbon.

Very pretty - luv the pretty pleated ribbon! I do the same thing - havta have it - use it once - ugh. But it's so much fun to use years later - like a new toy.
