I looked at today's SC early this morning & thought about it all day. I used the new Color Theory paper from SU for my layers, cutting off the white. Punched two circles. I colored the MFT tulips with Spectrum Noir pens & fussy cut them. They are popped up. I have to say that I really glad that before I retired, I 'rescued' some tiny scissors before they hit the sharps bin. They came in handy for the inner cuts.
Thanks for stopping by.

Gorgeous! Love that designer paper and, of course, tulips are my favorite flower. I know what you mean about getting those inner cuts.

That gray piece is just perfect for making these tulips pop. Great card.
