I rotated the sketch today so I could accommodate this Bugaboo golfer (he is this week's Friday Freebie. Tomorrow is my brother's birthday and I make him a golf card every year. I've only been making cards for about two years now, and I thought about changing the subject of his card, but I think it's now tradition. Plus, I feel like I need to compare the cards each year to make sure I'm improving. Here is his 2015 birthday card. Yes, I've definitely improved.
I really like today's sketch for this image, because I see the half circle piece as the arc of the swing that my golfer is going to make.
Also, for the MIX230 challenge, I used kraft paper and drew random polka dots that look like golf balls for a fun background.

Once you start a tradition, it's almost heresy to drop it. I'm sure he's looking forward to a golf-related card from you. Rotating the sketch worked great for this image.

This is a wonderful card for your brother. I have two brothers who really like golf as well. I like the rotated sketch for your card and your "blizzard" of golf balls on the background is perfect. Well done!

The perfect birthday card for a golfer!! I love the image and yes, how the half circle looks to be the arc of the swing! Your random polka dots actually look like they are raised!
