I've been working on this for two weeks... it started as SC646 with the tag in the pocket of the crisscross. But I was not feeling the love. So here I have used SC573 and I'm much happier with the results. I started with a brunette girl, but with the chocolate bar it was too much brown. I used the two browns on the chocolate bar instead.
Tag was cut with Cricut machine and Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge at 4 1/2" dial size.

Cute card, the boots remind me of the boots and mini skirts of the 60's. If you colored the hair with copic or another alcohol ink you can remove some strands of hair with a lighter color or colorless blender. I have some that I didn't like either and wasn't aware I could go back remove color years later. I am very fond of this tip and have saved many cards that I would have otherwise tossed.
