OMG! I learned an awesome technique from Technique_Freak! Kelly is our Featured Stamper this week. She has a huge and fabulous gallery, but I didn't get very far before I decided I had to try this technique.
You know how a lot of times you'll watch someone do a really cool technique in a video and think "I'll give that a shot, but I know mine will never come out that good." This was sooo easy that mine actually did come out that good. Ah! I love it! Just expect a lot of these backgrounds on my cards in the future. Thank you, Kelly!
So this is another card for the Freetown Historical Society Fundraiser in September. Pretty much all we have here in town is the Freetown State Forest. So I tend to do forest themed cards. I liked how Kelly used a deer on her card (or actually is it an elk?), so I went looking for deer stamps. Lo and behold, I have this fun digi from LePetiteMarket on Etsy. And obviously I had to color his sweater orange, because there are hunters around.

Love the technique that you used behind your deer. Great card.

What awesome camoflage in your bg - perhaps it's a hunter that's gotten way too near your cute little deer. A Super card to contribute to your fundraiser for the Historical Society.
