I colored this cutie and cut him out. I used white pen to trace the basket weave behind the fish. I added a Polaroid frame with bubbles and placed this on the swirly embossed background. Not sure what type of card it will be yet.

Wow, you have inspired me to make use of my embossing folders with this technique. Love it done in white, now if I can just find a white gel pen that works at my house. They always seem to dry out for some reason. I keep the lids on, so what is the key? I don't want to have to buy a new one every week.
