Today's TLC is quite interesting. You sand the tip of your watercolor pencil over the stencil that is on wet watercolor paper. You just have to watch out for bleeding. That is the hardest part.
I used parts of the whole sheet that I did with this technique. You can see where it bled.
Something else you can do with this technique, is to put a piece of watercolor cardstock over the stencil after you remove the first stenciled piece of c/s, making a letterpress print. It works nicely.
The CAS challenge for today is to make a card with the colors of your Country's flag. This may not be all that CAS, but it does fit both challenges for the 12th of June.

This is a fabulous patriotic card, simply wonderful. I should have thought to press watercolor paper on top of my stencil, there was certainly enough color there to make a print. Your star border die is wonderful as is your card.
