For today's Featured Stamper, Angie, I chose this card as inspiration: Bubbly Hello by Sunshinesense at Splitcoaststampers
I didn't do the bokeh technique exactly but wanted variations of the bubbles. Used distress oxides and splashed some water droplets on, made a stencil with circles die cut out of an acetate sheet and daubed white craft paint in these, also used the acetate circles that were cut out for more bubbles and added some sea glass Nuvo enamel drops also. Made a starfish out of polymer clay. Colored mermaid in Copics, cut out and popped up on dimensionals.

Aww! (I love when a card makes me say that!) This is super adorable! She is so cute, and the starfish is terrific! It's been so long since I made anything out of clay... I may have to break it out again! Never thought of using it on a card; how creative!

Your variation of the bokeh technique is mermazing! This is such a perfect background to mimic the bubbles. It looks like there are a few vellum bubbles added as well and they add even more interest to the wonderful background. Your little Mermaid is pretty darn cute, too!

I like your take on the bokeh technique, first because the result is fab and second, because I find the technique too frustrating so just doing one layer of the white ink in the circles suits me just fine! Thanks for sharing!
