This is for Cathy's excellent Sketch Challenge. The circle reminded me of a hanging Christmas ornament, so I used a Merry Tags Framelit for the first time. Also, I tried out a partial glitter technique that I recently learned on YouTube from kartenbastelblog. It works great on intricate dies. After glitter was applied to the sections, the ornament was adhered to a circle of silver glitter paper and then on the embossed panel. Great layout! I like the strip across the circle or whatever shape you use. The challenges provide wonderful incentives to try something new or play with old favorite supplies & stamps. Hope you can use this sketch sometime soon. TFL

Your glittered ornament was perfect for this sketch, Diane, and you managed to get a Christmas card finished as well! Gorgeous! Thanks so much for your beautiful sample this week!

Diane, this is so cute! Love the use of the tag die for your main focal image as well as how you framed it and all of your other gorgeous details! Thanks for the inspiration, sweet friend!
