Inspired by Pat mentioning making several snowflake backgrounds for her TLC card this week (and having uploaded a gorgeous card), I snatched a little time this afternoon to try a snowy background myself.
I dabbed white acrylic round the edges, and then added a thin border of Stickles. The one on the left, I stamped the foliage in Memento and then coloured it with a couple of green pencils. Threaded the silver cord through, and added a snowflake cut from silver glitter card.
For the one on the right, I cut several snowflakes from white glitter card and added them - with crystal sequins in the centres of some.
The TLC, with a link to the tutorial in the first post, can be found HERE.

These are really pretty Sabrina. I like the snow swirling around on the background. (I was thinking earlier today it might be fun to try this technique with a snowflake EF, so you've given me more incentive to try. We're packing up for a house move, so it may be a while before I get around to it.)
