This is my second sample card for the color challenge #638, I was invited to be one of the guest designers this Month
I watercolored the background and stamped grass and the butterflies border over it.
Then I stamped the big butterfly with 2 different colors, and I stamped the little corner. I stamped another butterfly and cut it out to glue on the vellum.
The vellum is double and square, the inside is another double card, I punched holes and tied them together with ribbon.
Finally. I die cut the birthday sentiment and embellished with punched flowers and a rose on the butterfly.

I never peek at the gallery before I make my own challenge card and hey! we've both had the same idea today! I love your stamping on two sides, creating the perfect space for your butterfly and sentiment.

Welcome, Anita! it's great to have you with us this month on the CC team. You're starting off with a real beauty! I love that the vellum is a complete card, with another card inside it. How elegant! Beautiful butterfly, and I love the images on the inside, all tied up with a ribbon!
