I had one Wax paper resist background left that I had made a while back. But I did want to do the embossed ones because I love them so much. I added a card stock shim to my embossing sandwich since the waxed paper is so thin. I got great patterns that way. I used glossy CS to get that nice shine.

Fabulous colour combination on this one , Pat. I'm glad you had such fun making them. Thanks for the tip on a shim... I wouldn't have thought, with two pieces of card, that it would make a difference but I'll certainly try it. And your snowflakes have also inspired me!

This is beautiful, Pat, and I love the color and the beautifully layout snowflake. And I agree - thanks for the tip about adding another piece of card stock. Wax paper is very thin. Hugs! xoxo
