Hope you don't get seasick looking at this. The challenge was no stamps for free for all, and inkless for mixability. I used blue glimmer mist which doesn't show in the picture unless I used flash and then it showed too bright. Painted blue liquid pearls on the boat and waves. After I diecut the boats, I sprayed with silver sugar glimmer mist and they curled and so I just glued the bottoms and it gave it some dimension leaving the tops like that.

How funny that our challenges lined up today! This is fantastic - I especially love the illusion of water motion at the line where the boats meet the water.

What a fabulous card for the 2 challenges my friend. I love the colors you chose, all the shimmer and shine, and this terrific embossing folder that looks like waves. I love how the sails on the boats turned under on top for the dimension, and your wonderfully knotted twine at the bottom is the perfect finishing touch! This card reminds me of the thrill of a sailing regatta - fun! Hugs! ~Karen.

This is so fun! It reminds me of vintage photos I've seen of regatta's with all the sailboats skimming across the ocean. Love the curled top of the sails on the boats, it looks like the wind has filled them! Also like the fun "rigging" you created with the knotted colored twine. Delightful!
