On the last day of school a coworker had a major heart attack. She recently came home from the hospital. I
used the sketch from Tuesday Morning Sketches to make this card for her. I am entering this card into the following challenges.

Oh, Amy, what a terrible thing to have a heart attack, and I'm so glad she is home now. This is a beautiful card, and I'm sure she loved it. I really love your poppies and the great DP/layout!
