In my garden, while I don't have actual poppies, I do have tulips blooming, so I am going with a flower theme. This also works for "May Flowers" CAS challenge.
I stamped my giant poppy stamp in the corner of my panel, and then again on a large post-it which I had cut down to the exact size of my card front. I cut the image out from the post-it (I wasn't too picky about all the little bumps and ridges), and then used the negative of this piece to cover the part of the card front that was outside my flower. Then I sponged the flower, removed the mask, stamped the happy, die cut the word birthday (stacked 2 of them), and added some stickles and white gel pen accents (on the stamen). Popped up this panel with dimensionals.

Oh Maura, this is just gorgeous!!! I love your poppy! We have lots of them growing (mainly because they are natural to the area!)The bright orange pop is a plus for any garden I think!! I love the way you have colored this one, it's a WOW! Striking! Thanks for playing my friend!
