I made this for my niece's 18th birthday. I'm glad you had a challenge to use words, so it shows the happiest birthday wishes for her. I only see her twice a year, but she looks forward to my cards. I haven't really created anything in quite some time. I think I spent about an hour and a half on this card.
I really had no idea what I was going to do. I found the stamp, stamped in blackberry bliss, then colored it, using amethyst, lavendar, bashful blue, and greens of celery and gable green. Then I went over it with glitter gel pen. After that, I cut the image out. It took me a while to find the right combination of colors. I found the dark purple in my in color folder. I think it might be concord crush. Then after I cut the image, I knew I needed something lighter, so I went with barely banana. I really liked it.
AFter that I found my base of amethyst, knew it needed a layer, finally decided on celery, I dry embossed it, then added a ribbon her family gave me years ago, part of a kit.
that's her 18th birthday card. I'm proud of this card. I don't stamp as much as I used to, I'm glad I was able to create something really pretty and special for her 18th birthday. Hope she likes it.
tfl and happy stamping.

I love the sparkle!! How lovely to be 18 (once was enough for me!), and have an Aunt who loves you!! Congrats to her, my S.S.
