I started by cutting the frame from purple card, and stamping it with Very Vintage in wilted violet before assembling. For my scene, I sponged the base with green and blue, after masking off the moon. Used a stamp from KittieKits Garden Master to make the treetops. With reverse masking, I sponged the moon and spritzed with water.
The owl was stamped on light card and coloured with pencils. I've been making my own action wobbles with two punched card-stock circles (pierce them and thread the wire through) and 28 gauge wire coiled a couple of times round something like a pencil or brush handle. The owl has one of these, so he does fly a little .
This was such fun to make - apart from the measurements calling for sixteenths of an inch, which don't feature on my ruler!! I'll definitely be making more.

Your bgs are all so pretty on this adorable card, Sabrina. The purple is just yummy, and the owl looks like we surprised him by opening the box. This is such a great tutorial...on my super long list of things you try one day.
